Happiness Is A Warm S'mores Brownie: A Story in Pictures

A Preview of the Best Part!

We wanted to make brownies, plus we wanted s'mores. Why not both!

We will practice stirring.

It's great when we use this as a drum! Everyone loves it, except for all people over ten years old!

Ok let's get serious about this brownie mix.

We are taking turns doing everything, including breaking the eggs in! 

We're even taking turns stirring. 

We're both great at it. 

We are also both excessively great at licking the spoon. 

It's basically like we are zombies, and brownie batter is brains. 

While the brownies bake, we'll cut up some marshmallows! 

Brendan has kind of a samurai marshmallow-cutting style. 

Graham sort of just charms the marshmallows into being in tiny pieces.

We break graham crackers into small pieces, only pausing to eat about 80% of them. 

We're getting all of our mises en place!

It's truly amazing that any of these items were left by the time the brownies finished baking. 

Brownies are done! Let's s'mores them up!

We add marshmallows, grahams, and some chocolate for good measure. 

This is what it looked like before baking. 

I think Graham should go as "snobby French chef with robot apron" for Halloween.
